Bianca is a corporate lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and corporate governance.  Her practice also involves providing general corporate and commercial advice to clients across the lifecycle of their businesses.

She has positioned herself as a trusted advisor to many Australian and international clients.  Her clients appreciate her pragmatic, strategic approach and ability to dissect complex issues and deliver timely commercial solutions.

Over her career, Bianca has developed particular expertise advising clients investing and operating in the wine and agribusiness sectors. 

Bianca is consistently recognised as one of South Australia’s leading corporate, commercial and agribusiness lawyers, including in:

Bianco Construction Supplies Group: Advising on the sale of this business to Mitre 10 Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Metcash Limited (ASX:MTS), for an enterprise value in excess of $80 million.

Muehlhan Wind Service A/S: Advising on its expansion into Australia involving the acquisition of a majority interest in Professional Wind Services.

Emmetts Group: Advising on the acquisition of Pringles Crouch, a leading family-owned John Deere dealer group.

Neoen: Securing FIRB approvals, including an exemption certificate, for the Goyder Hybrid Renewable Energy Project.
